"I was just yelled at and got hung up on by the manager Sonya for having a complaint about my bill. Apparently you can’t ask multiple questions at this office very rude and unprofessional however, everybody else I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. I feel sorry for the ones who have to work under this person. Please do better State Farm I’ve been a customer for 20 years."

"I am disappointed in this State Farm office. I was with them for more than 5 years and at first was great but they hiked up my car insurance terribly, never was in an accident or a high risk driver but was up to almost $300 a month. With the coverage that I had the price didn’t make much sense but I stayed and paid the price. Then I bought my first home and they went out of their way to find anything to not insure it. After clearing one thing up they’d find another. I even met with Michelle Sampson at the property where she took pictures of the items in question and it was cleared by underwriting. After fighting more than two months to get my property insured I gave up and cancelled everything, including my auto policy which was about 5 years old. I did not tell Billy Reese or his agents what company I was switching to. And it’s lead to this conversation. The form in question is to get any money back from your insurance premium that you may have paid but you cancel the policy before it’s due. It’s required that you have to put your new insurance company. I feel harassed by them at this point. I wanted to put this out there as a warning for anyone trying to find an insurance agent near them. Billy Reese is not for you. I wasn’t going to share any of my poor experiences until this, this needs to be seen by others."
